At Hunt Bike Wheels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your upgrade, which is why we offer a 60-day ride and return period on all our wheelsets. If your new wheels aren't performing as expected, we make the return or exchange process straightforward and hassle-free.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your wheels in their original box, ensuring all accessories like tubeless valves and spare spokes are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our workshop team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange wheels within 3-5 business days.
